It is that time of year again, oyster season! CFE kicked off Fall with one of our famous oyster roasts. Family, friends, and colleagues enjoyed steamed shrimp and oysters, fresh fish (thanks Mark!), burgers, and brats. Master Chef Paul was groovin to keep the oysters and shrimp on the tables while Master Pro Chef Scott had lines of people waiting for burgers and the famous jalapeno cheddar bratwursts. No oyster roast would be complete without music, cornhole and a bonfire! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate this year’s Fall Oyster Roast with us.
