Carolina Shores Carwash Ground Breaking

Cape Fear Engineering is proud to be the civil designer and surveyor for the new Carolina Shores Carwash to be located in the Waterford of the Carolinas development in Leland, NC. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on January 25, 2016 with a grand opening expected in early summer. The three minute tunnel style carwash will also include bays of vacuums at the exit for the customer’s cleaning convenience and the onsite recycling system will reclaim and reuse up to 85% of the water use. Cape Fear Engineering provided the design survey, staking, site design, and permitting for the site.
