The following is a list of experience/qualifications that we are looking for:
Construction Materials Testing and Laboratory Technician
Observe construction activities, classify soils, perform hand auger borings, sample, inspect and test soils, aggregates, and pavement, and other various construction materials responsibilities. Must have a state issued driver’s license and able to routinely lift 40-100 lbs. 2-5 years of Construction Materials Field technician is a plus. Full time with excellent benefits and vacation time. Must be able to get access to Federal installations (with our sponsorship).
Entry-Level Engineer
A Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering (water resources, geotechnical, or transportation concentrations), Biological Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
Professional Engineer
Seeking a Civil or Environmental Engineer with a minimum of 8 years experience in the land development or water resources branch of Civil Engineering. Active Professional Licensure is required. Light structural experience is a plus.
CAD Technician
In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work on technical production for a variety of different types of surveys including but not limited to existing conditions, topographic, hydrographic, ALTA, right-of-way, boundary, easement, construction, and other types of land surveys.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of Related Similar Experience
Recent experience using AutoCAD, Carlson or MicroStation required
Prior experience with land development, maps, plats, or other land survey is required
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Ability to pass a drug test
Applicant will need reliable transportation and a valid NC driver’s license
A pre-employment background screening will be performed.
Survey Crew Chief
Minimum of 5 years of experience in survey field work and prior experience as a crew chief required, utilizing conventional and GPS equipment. You must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and be able to perform a moderate level of manual labor in the field.
Surveyors
Prior experience is not required but is preferred. You must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and be able to perform a moderate level of manual labor in the field.
Construction Materials Field Technician
Prior experience is required. CWI Steel Inspection experience is a plus. You must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and be able to perform a moderate level of manual labor in the field and perform routine lifting of 40-100 lbs.
Soils and Concrete Lab Technician
Prior experience is required in a soils and concrete testing lab. You must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and be able to perform a moderate level of manual labor in the field and perform routine lifting of 40-100 lbs.
